We would like to thank all our customers for their support through 2019, and as the year draws to a close, here is some essential information for the busy Christmas Season!
Be sure you upgrade to our DPD courier service – it is a next working day service, tracked and signed with 1 Hour Delivery window.
You can select a convenient delivery day at check out, as long as you are using a courier service. Depending on the item you order, a list of delivery dates will be made available to you. The daily shipping cut off is 2pm.

We understand that over the Christmas period many people will be purchasing gifts for friends, family, and loved ones. Therefore, to make life as easy as possible for all of our customers, we will be extending our standard 14-day returns policy.
Please note: Our usual returns policy will still apply, meaning any purchases made will still be subject to our usual terms and conditions (available here) and items purchase in store will not be entitled to an automatic refund.
If you purchase an unwanted gift between 13th November and 24th December (inclusive) we will exchange or refund your purchase right up until 14th January 2020 (inclusive).
